Elizabeth Hill

Managing Partner

Elizabeth is a highly experienced Human Resources leader with specialized knowledge and practice in the broader public sector and with small and medium sized businesses. Elizabeth has a passion for ensuring that organizational and human resources structures and programs provide the foundation and framework that is necessary for an organization to meet its strategic goals.

To support organizational success, Elizabeth has successfully facilitated, developed and implemented strategic human resources initiatives including organizational and operational reviews, policy development, strategic planning, employee surveys, organizational effectiveness projects, performance management plans, total compensation plans, and core competency plans.

A focus on building partnerships between unions and employers is the foundation of her role in supporting clients with labour relations from problem-solving and grievance resolution through to collective bargaining.

She has worked with multiple organizations on developing and implementing compensation plans for all levels, including job evaluation, salary grids and salary administration guidelines, which support organizational objectives and meet legislative requirements. She specializes in providing human resources support and development of compensation programs.

Elizabeth’s clients include municipalities, hospitals, long-term care homes, community health centres, social services agencies, and small to medium sized businesses. She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and a Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci).
