Erin is a senior HR professional with a specialization in compensation, labour and employee relations. Erin has 25 years of public sector experience. Her responsibilities included administering collective agreements, negotiating collective agreements, developing bargaining strategy, acting as Chief Spokesperson and managing OPSEU part-time certification applications on behalf of the Ontario college system.
Erin has significant experience working with public and private sector employers to review pay equity compliance and prepare new and revised pay equity plans. Compensation reviews and market pay studies resulted in legislatively compliant pay scales that were market competitive. This required reaching out to identified comparator organizations, collecting pay information, analyzing pay information and developing new salary scales.
Over the course of her career, Erin has successfully managed relationships with OPSEU, CUPE, SEIU and CAW. Erin is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association.
