Iman is a Human Resources generalist with a demonstrated history of recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, policy development, and compensation administration.

Iman has worked with small and medium sized organizations to support HR programs and services. She has been responsible for full-cycle recruitment including developing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews and performing reference checks. As well she has organized and conducted employee onboarding.

Iman has been responsible for HR administration including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports on HR metrics. She has also assisted in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Iman is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association.
