Lee-Anne is an experienced Human Resources leader with specialized knowledge and practice in the small business and not-profit sector. Lee-Anne has provided consultation and guidance to organizational leaders on compensation and benefits, employee/labour relations, performance management, recruitment, conflict management, and policy development.
Lee-Anne has provided services to small and medium sized business in the private and not-for-profit sector as a Human Resources Consultant. In this role, Lee-Anne acted as her clients’ human resource department providing human resources-expertise and services on site, by phone or email.
Lee-Anne has successfully facilitated, developed and implemented strategic human resources initiatives including HR & H&S program, policy and procedure development, implementation and training, full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration (including the process of sourcing a new provider and implementation), updating salary grids and compensation research and support, providing advisory support to supervisory team members, project management, disability management and organizational development.
