Mandy is a trusted HR Professional with 15+ years of experience in Human Resources and Labour Relations across multiple sectors in Canada spanning from small start-ups and non-profits to large multi-union public sector entities. She partners with leaders to shape HR strategy that strengthens organizational efficiencies, manages risk, and supports organizational goals.

Mandy is experienced in developing HR programs, full-cycle recruitment and managing complex employee and labour relations. She has represented several employers in the Collective Bargaining process, including two first collective agreements for newly unionized organizations.

Mandy is a member of the HRPA and a Certified Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P).
