Nicole is a Human Resources generalist with a demonstrated history of recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, policy development, performance management, and successfully managing conflicts.
Nicole has worked with small and medium sized organizations to develop and maintain all aspects of their human resources department. She has been responsible for full-cycle recruitment including onboarding and training, performance management including assisting in disciplinary meetings, creating, and maintaining policies, creating, and updating SOPs for positions, and processing bi-weekly payroll.
Nicole has created health and safety policies and procedures and participated in monthly workplace inspections and meetings as the management representative of the Joint Health & Safety Committee. She has participated in health and safety investigations and has created and overseen return to work programs for employees. She is a certified member of a Joint Health & Safety Committee through a Chief Prevention Officer approved certification program and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
